Promodis at the International PLUS Forum ‘Online&Offline Retail 2014’Alexander Khrustalev, Regional Director for Russia, Promodis, confirmed his participation as a speaker in the International PLUS Forum ‘Online&Offline Retail 2014’

At the Forum the speaker will delilver a report under the title: «Omni-commerce: a new era of retail».

The report will focus on the importance of omni channel development (integration of sales channels) for retail trade, particularly on the innovative business concepts such as drive (food retail), click & collect (for the non food segment). Half of European brands have chosen these systems to optimize and develop their business, and the drive concept was officially announced the format of the year 2013. The report will include analytics and official information on the concepts development by example of the European leading retailers such as Leclerc, System U, etc.

Alexander Khrustalev is engaged in sales of innovative concepts for the retail sector and is responsible for the development of Promodis on the Russian market. Alexander has experience of successful promotion of retail brands Winx and Cotton Club in the Russian and CIS markets, in particular, he has developed a multi-channel sales strategy.

The Forum Steering Committee invites FMCG and HoReCa market operators to share their success in implementation of the market-sought projects in the course of the conference, round tables and networking. The applications specifying the topics of presentations and reports can be sent to the Steering Committee before February 24, 2014.
