Yulmart Development expands into regions

Yulmart Development, part of Russia’s internet retailer Yulmart, has announced a tender to select contractors for fulfillment centers development project with limited participation.
The retailer plans to open about 15 cyber-markets in the following Russian cities simultaneously: Chelyabinsk, Yekaterinburg, Tyumen, Perm, Arkhangelsk, Murmansk, Elektrostal, Ivanovo, Yaroslavl, Ryazan, Novorossiysk and Ufa.
Each facility area is supposed to be of at least 1500 square meters, and the average amount of investments in the cyber-markets will be about RUB35 mn to be sourced from the Yulmart own funds.
“The expansion to the European part of Russia is a priority for us, that’s why we are seeking for lasting and effective partnerships in each of the regions,” - says Yevgeny Ivanchenko, Capital Projects Director of Yulmart Development.
