Logistics Solutions of SPSR Express will allow customers to choose the most convenient way to obtain their orders: on the “last mile” the Wileyfox smartphones will be delivered to the customers by courier or through parcel stations.
The goods will be delivered to Russia in the shortest time possible - shipping to Moscow will take as few as 3 days.
Comments Alexey Vassiliev, Head of International Business Development, SPSR Express:
"We have believed in this brand and this project from the very beginning. Realizing the huge importance of the logistics to the brand, which sells goods exclusively through the online channel, we immediately got committed to the development of a unique solution for Wileyfox - a solution, which will, despite the peculiarities of cross-border sales, allow Russian consumers to get the highest quality services similar to the those offered by the best Russian online stores.
Among them, fast delivery, delivery channels choice, payments by cash on delivery or on credit. We have already successfully implemented some of these tasks, part of them are pending. I do believe that, together with Wileyfox, we will be able to integrate the perfect product and the perfect customer experience, including delivery by SPSR Express, into the same offering».
