merchantplus.jpgSpindle, a provider of mobile commerce and alternative payment services for businesses and consumers, has entered an agreement with MerchantPlus, a payment gateway and independent sales organization (ISO).

Under the terms of the agreement, MerchantPlus is set to integrate Spindle's PSP payment offering into its NaviGate processing gateway for e-commerce and mobile transaction and incorporate a Spindle-hosted ‘Apply Now’ button into its website.

Leveraging the Spindle platform, MerchantPlus is set to feature the cability for merchants to upgrade from instant activation accounts to the company's International and Enterprise electronic payment services.

MerchantPlus provides electronic payment services for Internet businesses with a main focus on global e-commerce, subscription services and multi-channel retail. MerchantPlus is a registered ISO and MSP (MasterCard service provider) for financial institution Wells Fargo Bank.

Spindle delivers payment services that enable buyers, sellers and individuals to transact face-to-face or virtually using mobile or internet devices. A pioneer in Frictionless Finance, the company develops services for companies and end consumers to transact and exchange funds regardless of platform.
