Sergiy Pashkovskiy (4Service Group) at the International PLUS Forum ‘Online&Offline Retail 2014’Sergiy Pashkovskiy, Service-director, 4Service Group, confirmed his participation as a speaker in the International PLUS Forum ‘Online&Offline Retail 2014’.

At the Forum the speaker will deliver a report under the title: “Consumers' expectations from the services offered in online and offline retail. How to improve the service level and customers' loyalty”.

In 2009 Sergiy has joined the team of 4Service Group – the international research and consulting agency, specializing at the projects on the measurement and improvement the quality of service. At the post of service-director, Sergiy is managing the interaction of 4Service Group with the companies from different market sectors, that accomplish the monitoring of the service quality process (Mystery Shopping), line staff satisfaction, personnel knowledge testing, measurement of customer satisfaction, as well as the development and implementation of Service standards. At the initiative of Sergiy, 4Service Group started to gauge the loyalty index of service companies’ clients (NPS) and to give practical recommendations for improving the level of client’s loyalty.

Before collaboration with 4Service Group, Sergiy was working as a corporate trainer, and thereafter as the Head of personnel training centre in one of the biggest Ukrainian retail chains (MTI).

The Forum Steering Committee invites FMCG and HoReCa market operators to share their success in implementation of the market-sought projects in the course of the conference, round tables and networking.
