Reports appear in social networks saying that unknown persons use other people's accounts to call a taxi and pay for their trips from a credit card tied to the account.
Moreover, payments with Russian cards are made in different countries of the world.
Besides, the users also complain that they cannot untie their bank cards from the service.
According to Uber, if the fact of account compromising has been proved, then the cost of trips will be re-calculated with the due money to be returned to the card.
