Robert HeinzMr. Robert Heinz, Owner and Managing Director of Stolle und Heinz Consultants GmbH & Co. KG, confirmed his participation as a speaker in the International PLUS Forum ‘Online&Offline Retail 2014’.

Robert has more than 17 years of international experience in managing large payment programs, software implementation, restructuring programs, optimizing ATM – and payment processes (cost cutting - efficiency increasing) and managing complex ATM and payment networks. His deep market knowledge and strategic way of thinking is very well acknowledged by many customers all over Europe.

Robert is deeply involved in all new market trends like NFC payment and value added services implementation (VAS). He is currently responsible for one of the largest NFC payment and VAS project in Europe.

He has a graduate degree of the technical university of Munich, is approved ATM Industry Association ATMIA Consultant and holds a certification of IPMA/GPM, as an international Project and Program Manager.

In March PLUS Forum will bring together leading Russian and international experts in online and offline retail, top managers of FMCG and HoReCa market operators, online stores and banks in Russia and the CIS; representatives of airlines, insurance companies, vertically integrated oil companies, tour operators;, vendors of equipment and solutions and others.
