Mikhail Zhigunov (RapidSoft) at the International PLUS Forum ‘Online&Offline Retail 2014’Mikhail Zhigunov, Marketing and Strategy Deputy Director, RapidSoft, confirmed his participation as a speaker in the International PLUS Forum ‘Online&Offline Retail 2014’

The title of the speaker’s presentation: “Universal bonus system for retail and banks: new opportunities of acquisition, retention and activation of customers”.

Mikhail Zhigunov has successful 17-year experience of work in manufacturing and trade companies and banks. He holds an Honours Economics Degree from the State University of Tver (Russia). 

Mikhail worked as a marketing director at Sportmaster, Esprit and O'Stin, where he was responsible for strategic marketing, brand management, marketing research, communication and loyalty programs development.

Last years he dedicated to the Svyaznoy group, building the largest coalition loyalty program “Svyaznoy club”. As a commercial director of Svyaznoy Bank he was in charge of creation and development of all bank products range, including the loyalty system.

In 2013 Mikhail joined RapidSoft to manage the creation of Universal bonus system – the unique infrastructure for rapid launch and development of banking and retail loyalty programs.

In March PLUS Forum will bring together leading Russian and international experts in online and offline retail, top managers of FMCG and HoReCa market operators, online stores and banks in Russia and the CIS; representatives of airlines, insurance companies, vertically integrated oil companies, tour operators; vendors of equipment and solutions and others.  

The Forum Steering Committee invites FMCG and HoReCa market operators to share their success in implementation of the market-sought projects in the course of the conference, round tables and networking. The applications specifying the topics of presentations and reports can be sent to the Steering Committee before January 31, 2014.
