Elena Naumchik to speak at the 3rd International PLUS-Forum "Online & Offline Retail 2016"

Elena Naumchik, Co-founder of Client Centricity Association (KLIK), General Director of E&A Loyalty Ltd., has confirmed his participation as a speaker at the 3rd International PLUS-Forum “Online & Offline Retail 2016” to be held on April 4 - 5 at Sokolniki C&E Center in Moscow. The event is organized by Retail&Loyalty Journal.

Elena Naumchik is an expert and member of Sustomer Strategy Network, an international professional association of consultants on customer service and loyalty programmes (www.customerstrategynetwork.com), owner of E&A loyalty consulting agency (www.loyalty.am), co-founder of KLIK, the first Russian Association of customer loyalty and client centricity (www.a-klik.org). She has had experience in marketing and advertising since 1999. Since 2004, she has worked in the field of loyalty programs and customer-oriented service.

She headed the launch of projects such as Premium Club at the Bank of Moscow and an accumulative bonus program for customers of TsUM (Central Universal Department Store) trading company. She supervised the Perekrestok Club loyalty programme during three years. In 2010, she took part in a client-oriented retail business project for Sberbank of Russia, the leader of the Russian banking system, to implement client-oriented changes and introduction of service quality standards in 720 bank branches in Moscow. In 2011-2013 she developed and implemented a system for service quality monitoring and control for the Russian Post. Since 2013, she has been a consultant on loyalty programmes and customer experience management..

She will speak at the Forum on the topic “More efficient. Smarter. Better personified. Evolution of loyalty programmes in retail.”

The KLIK Association was founded to facilitate the development of the market of loyalty programmes and customer experience management, penetration of advanced CRM technology, as well as the development of code of ethics and professional standards.

The 3rd PLUS-Forum "Online & Offline Retail 2016” will discuss key trends in the transformation of concepts and formats in the retail trade, development of loyalty programmes and consumer communication technology, new global realia and challenges of time for Russian retail, multi- and omni-channel sales, expansion of marketplaces in online retail, Big Data and modern BI-solutions use cases, effective solutions for logistics, cash collection and self-checkout facilities, prospects for NFC- and other payment technologies used for sales, and many other issues.
