81% of Online Customers are Ready to Pay More for Better Service

x_7a55a1ce.jpgThe Oracle corporation report “Why Customer Satisfaction is No Longer Good Enough” says that most of respondents (81%) are ready to pay more to get better quality of service. Furthermore about half of the respondents (44%) are ready to increase their expenses more than by 5%.

The brand users are ready to pay more if the following conditions are met: improvement of the total quality of service (40%); quicker access to the information and providing more simple question answering services (35%).
